Our frames are made with 6061 T6 Powder coated Aluminum. Awning tubing has radius corners, this allows for easy on and off of canvas. All major parts are billet. Our own design Quick Hooks are standard equipment on all upper beams. Designed to eliminate pole rotation and have external fail safe release cords. Also available on lower beams as an option.
Awning fabric is water repellent, lightweight solution dyed polyester. Flame retardant fabric is available. Awnings are re-enforced at stress points for greater strength and longer life. Awning canvas attaches to roof with quick release twists to an anti leak roof angle. This becomes a rain gutter and eliminates water from running down side of trailer. Storage bags are included with awning cover & walls.
